FEAR - CHOICE - CHANGE
The top of the pyramid for me is always Fear and the connection to that to all that we do, feel and are-
Choice - we have so much choice in the now, yet in the end how much do we really have?
Change - once again we have the power to change some but only so much ?
Heres the rub, its all about the NOW - in my world we have the power (as the great Tolle says ) for now but must really trust and surrender to the fact that we have so little control of the future and when we can truly ACCEPT this is, i believe when we can start to release ourselves from the FEAR and relinquish the need to try to control - for really what can we control - So be present and make the presence be your gift to life - Fresh ( ramblings of another day !)
