Must watch this,

Over 250 world-class divers will compete at the Aquatics Centre on the Olympic Park in the 18th FINA Visa Diving World Cup 2012 from 20-26 February. The event is part of the London Prepares series, the official London 2012 sports testing programme, and is
The line-up will include Chinese Olympic champions He Chong and Chen Ruolin. Chong is 2008 Olympic individual 3m Springboard gold medallist and three-time world champion while Ruolin is double Olympic champion, winning both the 10m Platform and Synchronised 10m Platform.
China is currently the dominant force in diving – but Australian Matt Mitcham could threaten their hopes for a gold rush at the World Cup. Mitcham became the only non-Chinese athlete to win a gold medal at the Beijing 2008 Diving competition, when he won the Individual 10m Platform.
The British team have named 13 athletes, including Synchronised 10m pair Tom Daley and Pete Waterfield and rising star Jack Laugher, who is current Junior World Champion in both the Individual 3m Springboard and Individual 1m Springboard. Tonia Couch, Britain’s most celebrated female diver who placed eighth in the Individual 10m Platform at the Beijing Games and has finished in the top 10 in the last two FINA World Championships, will also feature for GB.
The competition, which is part of the London Prepares series of test events and supported by Visa, UK Sport and British Swimming, will be the first sporting event to be held at the spectacular Aquatics Centre and the 31st test event to be staged by the London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG).
The event will test key elements of the venue operation and logistics such as lighting, results, scoring, workforce and timing while providing an ideal opportunity for athletes and team officials to compete at the venue ahead of the 2012 Games and offer feedback on LOCOG’s plans.
London 2012 Director of Sport Debbie Jevans said: 'With less than 200 days to go until the start of the Games our testing continues to be a priority. Welcoming spectators into the Aquatics Centre for the 18th FINA Visa Diving World Cup 2012 will give a fantastic opportunity to see the world’s best divers compete in an Olympic venue and will also provide us, the organisers, with a unique chance to test our operations.'

Done watching the Olympics opening.
Epic lighting of the torch in London.
AHA! newS
The women's team, consisting of Bo Bae Ki, Lee Sung-jin and Choi Hyeonju, top the standings after shooting a combined 216-arrow score of 1993.
Ki, the world number two, and Lee, the number 28, were tied at the top of the individual standings with 671 from a maximum 720.
They were joined at the head of the scoring by Tan Ya-ting of Chinese Taipei, who also recorded 671, leaving the top three places to be determined by the number of 'inner 10s' scored by each athlete.
Ki came out top, followed by Lee and Tan.
The world's top-ranked women's archer, India's Deepika Kumari, had to settle for eighth place in the rankings, while world number three Yuting Fang was way back in 25th.
The USA, late qualifiers for the Games, had a good day, finishing second in the team rankings.
Khatuna Lorig was fourth overall with 669, with Miranda Leek (656) and Jennifer Nichols (654) bringing the team total to 1979.
Chinese Taipei were ranked third overall with a combined score of 1976, with Mexico's 1974 good enough for fourth.
The top four teams all receive a bye to the quarter-finals of Sunday's elimination phase.
The first knockout round sees India play Denmark, Japan up against Ukraine, Host Nation Great Britain against Russia and China against Italy.
All but six archers broke 600 on the day, with Iraq's Rand Al-Mashhadani the back marker on 498.
After the team medals are decided on Sunday, the individual knockout begins on Monday with the round of 64. The finals then take place on Thursday.

Today is the opening of London Olympics 2012
The Opening Ceremony is a celebration showcasing the best of the Host
Nation. It also features a parade of all competing nations and the
highly anticipated entrance of the Olympic Flame, which ignites the
Cauldron and signals the start of the Games. The eyes of the world will be on London for the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games. The Ceremony will provide an opportunity for the world to view the artistic expression of the Artistic Director (Danny Boyle) and his team, and the culture of our Host City and the UK. There are certain elements that must feature in every Ceremony, as outlined in the International Olympic Committee (IOC) charter. The artistic performance of the Ceremony then gets underway and welcomes the world to the London 2012 Games.
The name of the Olympic Opening Ceremony show will be ‘Isles of Wonder’ and the worldwide broadcast will commence at 9pm. The Ceremony will kick off with the sound of the largest harmonically tuned bell in Europe, produced by the Whitechapel Foundry, and the Stadium will be transformed into the British countryside for opening scene ‘Green and Pleasant’, which includes real farmyard animals. The Ceremony will also include a special sequence celebrating the best of British, featuring volunteer performers from the NHS.
Danny Boyle, Artistic Director of the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony, said: ‘Our Isles of Wonder salutes and celebrates the exuberant creativity of the British genius in an Opening Ceremony that we hope will be as unpredictable and inventive as the British people.’

According to that this is 115th birthday of Amelia Earhart.
Whos that?
was a noted American aviation pioneer and author. Earhart was the first aviatrix to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. She received the U.S. Distinguished Flying Cross for this record. She set many other records, wrote best-selling books about her flying experiences and was instrumental in the formation of The Ninety-Nines, an organization for female pilots. Earhart joined the faculty of the Purdue University aviation department in 1935 as a visiting faculty member to counsel women on careers and help inspire others with her love for aviation. She was also a member of the National Woman's Party, and an early supporter of the Equal Rights Amendment.
During an attempt to make a circumnavigational flight of the globe in 1937 in a Purdue-funded Lockheed Model 10 Electra, Earhart disappeared over the central Pacific Ocean near Howland Island. Fascination with her life, career and disappearance continues to this day.

Amazing herd of fish schooling in circle! Watch here: http://bit.ly/NH31vF
In biology, any group of fish that stay together for social reasons are shoaling, and if the group is swimming in the same direction in a coordinated manner, they are schooling.

Aha! Stay Healty!

According to Japanese Scientific Research, full ripe banana with dark patches on yellow skin produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells. The more darker patches it has the higher will be its immunity enhancement quality; Hence, the riper the banana the better the anti-cancer quality.
Yellow skin banana with dark spots on it is 8x more effective in enhancing the property of white blood cells than green skin version.
Eating 1-2 banana/s a day increases immunity

Today !
Every day is an opportunity to make your life the way you want
it to be. Anything is possible when you work toward it, one
day at a time. Skip a day, and you lose momentum. Try to do
it all at once, and you burn out. Steadily, consistently
work, making every day count, and you will reach your goals.
Today is a chance to grow - to do a little bit more than
you did yesterday, a little bit better, a little bit more
effectively. Anyone can do a little more, learn a little
more, and grow a little more each day. Soon, with consistent
effort, those "little bits" add up to major accomplishments.
Is there something you want to change? Today is the day to
start changing it. Is there a new customer you want to land?
Today is the day to start making it happen. Do you need to
lose weight? Today is the day to start doing it. Not next
Monday or next month - today. You deserve to reach your
goals as soon as possible. Control today and you control
your life.
- Ralph Marston
